This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms") defines the conditions for using the web application "The Genesis Forge," its associated smart contracts, and DApp functionalities ("Service") provided by shin-kado ("Operator"). By using this Service, users are deemed to have agreed to all clauses of these Terms.
（本規約およびプライバシーポリシーは、shin-kado（以下「運営者」）が提供するWebアプリケーション「The Genesis Forge」およびそれに関連するスマートコントラクト, DApp機能（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、ユーザーは本規約のすべての条項に同意したものとみなします。）
This Service is currently provided as an experimental environment operating on the "Robinhood Testnet" chain.
（本サービスは現在、「Robinhood Testnet」上で稼働する実験的な環境（テストネット）として提供されています。）
Tokens (such as Genesis Elements) and NFT artifacts acquired, forged, or exchanged within this Service have absolutely no economic or monetary value.
（本サービス内で取得、錬成、交換されるトークン（Genesis Elements等）およびNFTアーティファクトには、いかなる経済的価値、金銭的価値もありません。）
The Operator shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss of tokens, NFTs, or inscribed record data due to testnet resets, smart contract updates, or unexpected system glitches.
（運営者は、テストネットのリセットや予期せぬ不具合等によるトークンやNFT、記録データの消失について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。）
The "Instant Wallet" feature provided within this Service is a non-custodial wallet that stores the private key exclusively within the user's browser local storage. The Operator does not hold, access, or manage users' private keys or seed phrases.
（本サービス内で提供される「誰でもウォレット（Instant Wallet）」は、ユーザーのブラウザ上にのみ秘密鍵を保存する非カストディアル型のウォレットです。運営者はユーザーの秘密鍵やシードフレーズを一切保持・管理していません。）
The Operator shall bear no responsibility for the loss of assets due to loss of the device, clearing of browser cache, uninstallation of the browser, or leakage of private keys to third parties. Backing up the private key is the sole responsibility of the user.
（端末の紛失、キャッシュの消去、ブラウザのアンインストール、または第三者への情報漏洩等による資産の喪失について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。秘密鍵のバックアップはユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。）
Token exchanges (Swaps) and transfers (Transfers) executed by users through this Service are done entirely at their own risk.
（ユーザーが本サービスを通じて行うトークンの交換（Swap）および送金（Transfer）は、すべて自己責任で行われるものとします。）
The Operator is under no obligation to compensate or restore any tokens lost due to blockchain network congestion, unexpected smart contract behavior, or user errors in entering destination addresses.
（ブロックチェーンネットワークの混雑、スマートコントラクトの予期せぬ挙動、またはユーザーによる送信先アドレスの入力ミスによって生じたトークンの喪失について、運営者はその補償や復旧を行う義務を負いません。）
[CRITICAL] This Service is strictly intended for use on the testnet environment. The Operator shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred if a user mistakenly connects, operates, or transfers valuable mainnet assets (such as real ETH, BNB, etc.) through this Service.
【重要】 本サービスはテストネットでの利用を前提としています。ユーザーが誤って価値のあるメインネット（EthereumやBNB等）の資産を接続・操作・送金し、それにより損害を被った場合であっても、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
When users interact with features such as "The Hall of Records" or "Genesis Star Map" to inscribe information (Names, Oracle Messages, Star configurations, etc.) onto the blockchain or the system database, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
（「記録の殿堂（The Hall of Records）」や「創世の星図（Genesis Star Map）」等において、ユーザーがブロックチェーンやシステムデータベース上に情報を刻印・配置（名前、神託メッセージ、星の配置等）する際、以下の行為を禁止します。）
If any user or content is found violating the above provisions, the Operator reserves the right to hide or permanently remove the corresponding records (including stars) without prior notice. Furthermore, the Operator may restrict or permanently ban the associated wallet address from accessing and using the Service.
（前項に違反する行為が確認された場合、運営者は事前の通知なく、該当の記録（星を含む）を非表示にする、またはデータベースから完全に削除する権利を有します。さらに、悪質な場合は該当ユーザーのウォレットアドレスに対し、システム全体へのアクセス制限および永久追放（BAN）措置を実施することがあります。）
The Operator reserves the right to migrate this Service to a mainnet environment in the future, which may involve handling assets with real economic value or introducing premium paid features.
（運営者は、将来的に本サービスをメインネットへ移行し、実質的な価値を有する暗号資産の取り扱いや、有料機能の提供を行う可能性があります。）
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice due to specification changes or regulatory adjustments. Amended Terms shall become effective immediately upon being posted within the Service.
（運営者は、本サービスの仕様変更や法律の改正に伴い、事前の予告なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本サービス内に掲示された時点で効力を生じます。）
This Service does not collect typical personal information such as your real name, physical address, phone number, or email address. However, your public wallet address and on-chain/off-chain transaction history connected to the Service are treated as public information due to the inherent nature of blockchain and DApp technology.
（本サービスは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの一般的な「個人情報」を収集することはありません。ただし、本サービスと連携するためにユーザーが接続した「パブリックなウォレットアドレス」およびブロックチェーン・システムデータベース上の「取引・行動履歴」は、技術の性質上、公開情報として扱われます。）
This Service uses "Google Analytics" to analyze usage statistics and improve service quality. Google Analytics utilizes Cookies to collect data. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify individual users. You can refuse this collection by disabling Cookies in your browser settings. For more details, please review Google's Privacy Policy.

Users are free to save and share the "Genesis Element" card images generated and downloaded through this Service on social media or other platforms. However, the copyrights for the system logic, UI elements, and underlying designs belong to the Operator.
（本サービス内で生成・ダウンロードされた「Genesis Element」のカード画像は、ユーザーが自由に保存およびSNS等で共有することができます。ただし、システムの構成要素やUIの著作権は運営者に帰属します。）
